Returns and reimbursements

Our return with refund policy is 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect:

-Products at intimate or sanitary use (swimsuits, underwear, etc)

Other items that cannot be refunded:

-Gift certificates

Special orders

Unless there is a defect in manufacturing, special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Reservation and pre-order

Some markets andises purchased by reservation or pre-order are subject to a 15% inventory management fee. In case of cancellation, we may require the same 15% fee.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please s 'Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or directly to Pagaie Québec. Contact us to obtain your return number in advance.

There is certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds (if any)
If you don't have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact the entity that issued your credit card credit, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items over 40% (direct or combined discounts) are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged and after inspection of our part and subject to the acceptance of the supplier if this is guaranteed. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at boutique@pagaiequebec.com to obtain your return number.
